I borrowed this recipe from Natashas Kitchen.
1 ½ cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1 ¼ cups buttermilk (just use milk, ain't nobody got time for that)
3 tbsp melted butter
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract (if you want, i guess)
2 mashed ripe bananas
butter or oil for the pan
Mix all the dry ingredients in a big bowl.
Mix all the wet ingredients in a medium bowl.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredient bowl and combine.
Heat a large pan with butter/oil and pour in your pancakes.
You can save extra batter for a few more days in the fridge if sealed properly.
