I give you three cooking options for this one. Choose your adventure.
butter/cooking oil
salmon
olive oil
lemon juice
salt
pepper
dill
cumin (or whatever)
AIR FRYER
Preheat air fryer to 200°C (390°F)
Add a bit of cooking oil to the bottom of the air fryer, lay salmon skin-side-down in the air fryer and drizzle with olive oil and seasonings.
"Bake" for 8-12 minutes.
Drizzle more lemon juice and eat as quickly as possible.
PAN FRY
Heat butter (or oil) on a pan at high heat until bubbling brown (if butter).
Add salmon skin-side-down to the pan, add seasonings, and fry on medium heat for 3+ minutes until crispy.
Flip over and cook another 2 minutes.
Drizzle with more lemon juice and eat as quickly as possible.
OVEN
Heat oven to 140°C (356°F) while oiling/buttering and seasoning the salmon.
Put salmon in an ovenproof dish and into the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Drizzle with more lemon juice and eat as quickly as possible.
Safety Note: If possible, check that the internal temperature of the salmon has reached 55°C (130°F) while cooking.
